This unique wedding cake was a great compliment to the brides beach wedding theme. The starfish were made of white chocolate and paired with fun fondant roses. The top two tiers were vanilla bean cake and fresh raspberry filling. The bottom tier was red velvet cake with chocolate mousse.

This is the tallest topsy turvy cake we have made thus far. Hand made sugar hearts adorned with edible photos of the bride and groom dangled from the top tier. Flavors included Vanilla bean with cherry filling, red velvet with cream cheese, and chocolate fudge cake with chocolate mousse.
